Across U.S. college campuses, “wellness darties” are replacing some of the familiar ingredients of daytime partying with group runs, Pilates, cold plunges, saunas, coffee and matcha — while keeping the music, crowds and opportunity to meet people. The rise of Wellness Socializing suggests that younger consumers aren't abandoning fun; they are expanding what a good time can look like when
